By accessing or using Manifest, Digest, Syncretist ("MDS", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. The Service

MDS provides written doctrine, workshops, audits, and membership tiers (Manifest, Digest, Syncretist) for educational and creative purposes. Content is provided "as is" without guarantees of outcome.

3. No Income, Health, or Legal Claims

Nothing on this site is a promise of income, business results, medical advice, mental health treatment, or legal counsel. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the material.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

5. Payments & Refunds

Paid tiers are billed at the rates shown at checkout. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at the point of sale, purchases are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All doctrine, text, designs, and frameworks are owned by MDS or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access purchased material. No reproduction, resale, or derivative training of AI models without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not use MDS to harass, defraud, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or violate any law. We may suspend access for breach.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MDS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
